Dear FHP Living Clients

The FHP Living Team, Sales, Letting and Student Letting, would like to thank you, our clients, for your continued and loyal support and to let you know that in these challenging times, some things won’t change, like our dedication to delivering the very best and professional service to you, our clients.

We will, however, in line with recent government guidelines, be temporarily closing all our offices. In the meantime, working remotely from home, our team of highly trained property sales and letting specialists will continue to offer you their expertise and advice to their usual high standards.

As always, if you have any queries, we are only a phone call away and here to help you in any way we can.

Thank you for your patience and on behalf of everyone at FHP Living, we hope to see you all in person in the near future.

Stay safe and take care!

Dear Landlords,

Although our offices are temporarily closed, we are still very much working and managing your properties remotely.

We are:

  • Conducting all interim visits by telephone
  • Only conducting viewings remotely, via video and virtual tours. This is working well, and people are still renting property.
  • Addressing emergency contractor work only and meeting plumbers/electricians etc at our office, to provide keys if necessary. Please be mindful that non-emergency work cannot go ahead at this time.
  • All accounts functions are running as normal.
  • All legal paperwork is being conducted digitally.
  • At present new tenancies are going ahead and will continue to do so unless instructed otherwise by the government. We are monitoring this very closely.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
